I ordered an SD-301 green 50mW laser but the laser i received was only about 5 mW considering the video

Green Lasers: What Can Certain mW Do? - YouTube

and measurements with a laser power meter.

Laserpoint asked me to send them the video because they couldn't open the youtube link, so I put it on my webserver for them. No further response and further inquiries remained unanswered.

Surprising. Usually 50mW lasers are on or close to spec actually.

The video is not a video of your laser though, so I don't see how it relates.

If you're not happy with it, ask to send it back for a refund.

If you want an up to spec laser, buy from a reputable company.

The LPM metered output carries some weight, but what good is a video going to do?
