i got the v2 rifle in the post today,
but the battery charger is different to my socket.

does anybody know if i can put a 18650 in instead of the two 16340's ?

REALLY want to use this laser soo please help?
if i get it going ill will do a review :D

A single cell will have 1/2 the voltage of two cells so it should not hurt any thing right off.
if you have a boost driver in there it will draw more current since the voltage is lower
and that could be a problem as the driver will heat up faster drawing more current.

Or it just will not work :p

Rember the smoke has to stay inside or it will quit working :crackup:

You can use one 18650. The output will be significantly lower, but aside from that you won't have any problems.

You said it wrong there is a 1x 18650 charger included with the V2. Which means you can only charge 1x 16340 at a time ;)

can you not charge them both at the same time if you connect them?
like jus putting the both of them in the charger ?
thats what im doing atm

No you can't charge two batteries at once in series!

You can only charge one battery at a time.
