You need an Expander lens.

Measure the old one you have and see if its 4mm or 5mm.

Then Get one of these:

bro! thanks! it was a 5mm lens and i just ordered 5. looks just like what i need, i sure didn't want to scrap that module.

Do NOT use super glue!! Do not use model glue either - this will also destroy them. I used my wife's nail polish to hold everything for alignment purposes. Oddly enough, the color of the polish is.... "wavelength"!!

Also, make sure (!) the YVO/KTP set is centered over the diode! If it is not, you can readjust the expanding lens, but in order to come out the center of the module the beam will be at an ugly angle!!

waiting on the lens. it doesn't have to come out Exact center, but this was awful and needed fixing.
