Lazerer- 10mW for $299,99 ?






It's an expensive, highly inneficient, DPSS process that requires hard to come by, dificult, and pricey coatings on crystal sets that also fit the continued description. It may be of low output in comparison to other pointers, but 10mw of 473 isn't too shabby.
 
Sounds about right. You can get an 80mW (likely to be over 100) bare module from lasever these days for about $300 + shipping, you'll need to fit it into one of your own hosts making it end between 5 and 6 hundred. $300 for a complete 10mW unit isn't too shabby.

High powered 532nm is usually the above as well, as far as low powered (20mW max) 473's go I think they use the same diagram as the cheap 532's, just with much nicer alignment. Once I get rich I'll tear some apart for the forum :beer:
 
473 is a rare wavelength.

In time the price will probably come down, although, as everyone else has said, 473nm is very rare.
 
I know it is not green+blue since my green-pass blue-block goggles completely block it.
I have no way of telling it it is 473nm LED or a filter unless anyone has any idea since it is not in the manual and I don't trust myself to put it back together properly (it is a Fujitsu ah532).

Use diffraction grating or prism to get spectrum lines ..
