When the tracking description says "Item arrived at postal facility. Item on hold. " does that mean the post office is playing with my LPM :-?

yeah they are probably testing their Laser Barcode Scanners... ;D ;D ;D

I really don't know... you're in the UK and I'm in Canada... :-/
Try contacting your Postal Service for some answers... :-?
Maybe it just needs to clear Customs.... :-?
It is a good sign though... we know it's on the other side of the pond. ;)

Yes I got it, I got It, I got It. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Had to go and pick it up from parcl force, turns out the reason it was "Item arrived at postal facility. Item on hold. " was that they wanted to give me the pleasure of paying them £33.12 in customs charges (gits >:(), so in total now about £194.00, worth it though ;)

Haven't had a chance to try it yet, taken it out the box though all looks great, and suprisingly small should make it much easier to make an enclosure for it though.

Cheers for the great deal guys once I've got it up and running can test my dorcy out on it ;)

Ahh great what a day for my dorcy to go LED on me  :-[ mind u first build n all plus i went the stupid and cheap way of a resistor as oppose to a driver

it would also seem my 5mW green is less then 5mw as the meter won't pick it up, brand new meter and nothing to test it on :-/

guess in gonna have to wait for my blu from Igor.

on the plus side though the meter all lights up and the pc picks it up fine through the usb so I guess it's all working.

Hey Sam...
If you are using a current limiting resistor instead of a driver... check your batteries
first... it could be just that.. ;)

With the LaserBee I... if you just want to see the numbers change.... hold the Thermopile Sensor near
a 100 watt light bulb... ;)

You can even get about 10mW to 15mW showing with a single white LED from a keychain light
using a fresh battery... :o

tried changing the battries I'm afraid my dorcy is dead, from now on I'm doing things proplery though drivers all the way ;)
