I really do get annoyed by people like this guy. I wouldn't necessarily call them true scammers(True scammers are people like Eitan of sci-fi), but they're certainly not ethical businessmen. They buy cheap laser 301's or other ebay specials and then mark them up anywhere from 3-10x to resell to the unwary for huge profits. In any event, he's running an illegal business within the states. If he won't refund you then just threaten to report him to the govt.

I'm not so much bothered by the markup, but the blatantly false claims. He knows they are shit lasers, and below spec.
