Laser Module advice

get the survival laser kit. all you have to do it solder the diode to the leads of the driver

the lens. the $60 comes with a standard 3 layer glass lens and the $90 comes with the better G2 lens. this allows for 30% more light to pass through the lens, thus giving you a stronger beam. either way, you need to purchase a pair of proper safety glasses to use with this laser or any for that matter

I already have some safety glasses for the last laser I bought as a precaution. If all I have to do is solder the diode to the driver I think even I can do it. I'll get the 90$ diode with the kit. If they can send it to my country. Thanks so much for your tips

contact DTR here on the forum. he will let you know if he ships to your country since that is his site

EDIT: you solder the lead from the diode to the driver then put the diode in the heat sink and tighten the set screw. then screw the driver pill into the host and screw everything else together. simple as anything

OR you can buy this and just put everything together

Here
is SL's page of all their built kits and add diode kits. pick what works best for you

Alright I will. That's cool I'm sure he can help me then in case I fail haha.

"I already have some safety glasses for the last laser I bought"

Safety goggles made for 532nm (green) light may not protect you from 445nm (blue) light. Check your goggles to make sure they're rated for both wavelengths.

most of them do work for 190-532nm but he is right, double check to be sure and if your not sure post a link to them

Alright will do, first thing in the morning. It's late here and gotta work tomorrow. Thanks guys!
