it sure is. I went down to the manufacturer yesterday to make sure we were on the same page for the changes made and we tweaked a few things. He said we are in the "queue" and should be ready to go on the 16th (not 15) I'm extremely excited about this project and can't wait to see the finished product. this way I'll actually have some barrels for myself for a change.

No not yet.

Check that.  I have just gotten off the phone with the anodizer and he's given me a price point for custom anodizing.  I will break this down on the first or second post so that everyone doesn't have to come back to this post (which will become burried.) but will put it here too

Price will be as follows for custom anodizing.

[highlight]Any marble affect will be $20 additional
Any fade effect will be $20 additional
Any solid color other than clear or black will be $5 additional[/highlight]

Interested persons must email me at kenkassidy@hotmail.com with your order transaction #, whether you prefer paypal or googlecheckout for payment and color anodizing choice so that I can send you a invoice from either paypal or googlecheckout for the additional fee.

It is.  The additional cost is because they have to hand do the custom anodizing as apposed to dipping it in some solution with a different colored die.

For the marble effect it's a thicker die that is applied directly to the surface after it's been anodized the base color and then anodized and the color fade I won't even begin to guess how they do it.

Ok I've got a lot of folks who havn't spoke up on the types of anodizing they want. That and I have two orders I still have no forum name on.

Those that don't speak up on anodizing choice will get the default clear unpolished anodizing.
Again the polishing is $5 extra as that is what they will charge me.

both work well.  The lava is superior in that it sucks the batteries dry before losing output power.
