Lifetime, it's sized for a 12mm diode/ driver combo from dtr. I'm guessing the limitation is going to be how many amps can be sustain out of a imr 10440? Also glad Avatar's fix is going along, quite sure he'll be happy with your work, it's top notch!

Lifetime built me a 405nm in the Defiant pen he's showing hitting 790mw using 1 10440.
I'm up to I think 8 wavelength's now thanks to couple great friends here
I'm thinking it's time to do a signature?

That's great lifetime, I was just thinking that that's what I need for my collection. I have zero pen builds so I was wondering if you might have 1 or 2 you might be willing to part with ? Thank you GSS for the kind words Pal. Those pens are really nice as we know ,have to keep the W's to a certain degree . The duty cycles are short but not bad at all. i seen some folks build these with high power diodes not to good for these guys. Single modes and lower multimodes are perfect for the CU module they use. Enjoy your 405 ...

No No but I have them in the 405nm from Lifetime, a 520nm and 660nm both in Defiants from Pman.
I'm getting spoiled here like a "snotty little rich kid" from some great members

No biggie but i'm wanting one of those Laser 66 gold or chrome pens in some silly power of at least 1W. An A140 would do but something like a 465nm pushing the aqua color beam would be a nice wavelength to add

GSS, I know what you mean about the laser66 pen builds been looking for them myself. One came up on the forum about a month or so ago and she sold like hotcakes! I went to the web site where you can the host but they won't sell anything less than 300 pens at a time. So it's the hurry up and wait for them to turn up. Don't feel bad about not knowing how to post pics, I worked on it for about a month finally my son came over and had to show me! He's such a good son!�� If I can help I will, let me know?
