Tested the Nlchia NUBM4B today.
Same setup as all other tests, Sanwu 20T LPM, G2 lens, 21.0°C TEC cooled on DTR 25mm copper module at 20cm distance.
All in all, not a bad diode, considering it can be bought for around $10 on the chinese market, outperforming the majority of diodes on both power and divergence.
