JLasers Delayed Orders

I told some members to contact Jlaser on this page since i bin getting messages can you check with jlaser about mine laser, or if i have any idea on the shipping time!!
3 people send me the lasers to fix from jlaser as the don’t like the wait and one member told me it taken over 4 months to get his laser fixed and still broke the same day so he gave up, Anyways after i taken apart the laser’s the build quality is poor in mine standards, I fixed the laser same day and shipped it priority 2days i replaced the diode’s the driver’s + more and cleaned it, all for free the only cost was shipping, I Don’t judge the way any member builds the lasers it’s a free country but if you do sell lasers check for quality before shipping!! 👽

I agree.
Quality is super essential and usually comes first for good + sustainable laser builds (y)
The quality helps to keep a laser pointer working good for a lifetime (thousands of hours) to prevent it from breaking down all of a sudden...

How long ago was this?
My early lasers were poor build quality, I will admit.

Now?
I don't ever take over a week to fix anyone's laser. I get it in the mail, repair it, send it back free of charge. For life.
Maybe a few years ago, I had some reliability issues, but not anymore.
If you would be so kind, share the information as to who this was so or what product this was and when
I think you're lying.

You've been caught lying before about 8W+ laser builds and where to source M462 diodes from.

I bin ask by the people not to share the info i have to respect the peoples privacy i do have pics of the laser's and tracking i just fixed a 7W last week you build, i was gone say something last week but i don't like to get involved in this topic i don't gain nothing from it !!
I never bin caught lying about a 8W+ laser i do have 8W laser's and i do still have M462 diodes i sold some and i also did 3 builds, I also given some out for free, You asked me to sell you some M462 diodes i told you i can't sell you any at this moment since i don't have many left..👽

I know exactly who you are talking about. This customer glued the host shut with thermal glue and made a post about it here on LPF, then sent it to me for repair as he couldn't open it up. He also drilled out the set screw trying to modify the laser by changing out the diode.
Then asked me to change out the driver for the CDM-P4000.

This user also sent me various heinous emails cussing me out and insulting me.

Now I don't know why you say my builds aren't quality, they are. I use Texas Instruments ICs, quality high pwoer inductors and delicious 10-turn trim pots in the 7-8W series. I use silicone wire. I use high end thermal paste to contact the rear of the diode to the heatsink mass.

In fact, I've shared the schematics for this awesome 5A boost driver here on LPF.
I use gold plated springs to be used with flat top cells. I use brand new NUBM0F diodes in the 8W series, which has been tested to be the best performing diode at the moment.

You both have no idea what you're talking about...

I have communication issues, but quality is not where I skimp out.

That's a good looking driver and very nice in the round format for FL builds and edge heat sinking, I love the 10 turn pot, is it 17mm or 22mm and do you have them for sale ?

Thank you!
Sure do!

I have them in 23.5mm, 22mm and 17mm. Only the 17mm and 22mm are available through my website though

The 17mm version can only do 3A unless used with low Vf diodes
