Hello everyone! I am the owner and CEO of JLasers.
Please be aware that I build these one at a time, and have been having more and more order volumes
As the website states, order lead times can be from 1-4 weeks depending on the time the year.

Apologies for any inconveniences.

You’ve had so many nicknames here that’s it a going to become difficult for someone not to share one similar to one of your past banned accounts.

It's super crazy that my lead time became more than 5 weeks or 39 days until you shipped.

1-4 weeks order lead time...........
A purchase from Jlasers..............

The lead time wouldn’t be a problem if you responded to inquiries in a timely manner. I shouldn’t have had to track you down here to get a response from you about my order - and even then I had to wait days for a response and you didn’t even answer my question.

You did finally reply to my email - almost two weeks after I sent it. Sorry but that’s just not acceptable. Please cancel my order (order info sent via pm)

Alright.
Im sad to see that I have frustrated you all. I really do apologize.
I am a full time father and hand build each laser one at a time, which leaves me only nights and weekends to build them
I tend to prioritize building lasers rather than answer hundreds of emails to expedite shipping
I want to put the accent on a quality, affordable, reliable products, and I seem to have neglected communication.

I use my 4 kids as a reason for success, not as an excuse for failure. I'm not sure why it takes you so long to build a laser pointer but I'm sure your volume isn't much more than mine and I build and ship each laser pointer within 1 business day. I'm a 1 man show here too so it just puzzles me how things are that backed up on your end. I think you need to look to Henry Ford as a means to increase your efficiency.

I'm sure your volume isn't much more than mine
You know what they say about assuming? I have tons of reviews on YouTube, which is generating tons of sales, do you? I sell more than a few units a day.
My products are made with machined parts, I design my own drivers and even the diode pills too. I don't use off the shelf parts like GT2 pulleys

You can take care of 4 kids full time and run a business solo? I must be doing something wrong.
I feed him, dress him, bathe him, change him, keep him active, make him nap, put him to bed, make meals. 7 days a week. Do you?

You don't know other people's situations. I'm not lazy, I just don't have enough time.
My kid comes first, business second.
Please keep your unsolicited advice to yourself

Do you have to order the parts after someone makes an order or do you have them in stock?
Everything is in stock at all times

This is my only source of income. I am extremely lucky to be able to work from home doing something I love. I won't take that for granted. I strive for perfection. I clearly put too little focus on communication.

I will put a system in place to be able to ship products immediately as I want to offer a perfect service.
Good products, affordable prices, great customer service and lifetime warranty are what I strive for.

I'll sort this out, but I don't need to be compared

Right, who am I to say anything but I'm not the one who has bitten off more than I can chew. My kids always come first but my customers don't come last either. But there's clearly no talking any sense into you so go on with what you're doing and keep getting complaints from all over the globe. The way you speak to people is also very evident of many things about you. I can't imagine why someone would leave you to raise a kid by yourself and that's gotta suck but it should make you better if you really care about your kid.

For what it’s worth @loreadarkshade did remain in contact with me once he initially got back to me. We have resolved the issue and he has shipped my laser and provided tracking.

Based on his responses here and our private communication I do believe he recognizes this as an issue and will strive to improve his response times moving forward. I appreciate the humility he has shown by being willing to accept the criticism and responsibility in this case and look forward to receiving my laser.

I don’t think anyone need question his love for his child nor do I feel he’s spoken down to anyone. I think this is simply a case of someone who is lucky enough to have enough work that he can’t keep up. Hopefully he has learned from this and will take steps to become more efficient.
