Hi All,
tried to post this a few days ago in the Pro Shop but
for some reason it was not passed through/Verified by any Mod.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus issues....
Until further notice J.BAUER Electronics can no longer ship LPM
Products to countries other than Canada and the USA.

Hey, Jerry sad to hear that hope that the situation improves soon, Also I've noticed that private companies like ACS, UPS, FedEx, etc still ship internationally cause I still got my warranty replacement from Razer the other day and it came with FedEx courier.

Yeah... We could ship with those carriers but they won't
pick up packages from our location and they are even
more expensive than what we normally use.

That's very unfortunate, hope it gets better soon.

Are any of your R/C products affected or just all LPM products?

Sorry to hear that Jerry, hopefully things will smooth out in the months ahead even though we will be dealing with this virus for some time to come. I wonder if there's a disinfecting protocol that may be used to ease peoples fears ?

It actually applies to all products on our website.

Sorry to hear that Jerry, hopefully things will smooth out in the months ahead even though we will be dealing with this virus for some time to come. I wonder if there's a disinfecting protocol that may be used to ease peoples fears ?
Its been just over a month now that any product leaving the
shop is disinfected with alcohol by us.
Once it is in the hands of Canada Post.... the US Customs and
the USPS we can't know for sure that the outside of the shipping
box is virus free.
I'd suggest using disposable gloves to open and trash the shipping
box before handling the product or you can spray the outside of
the box with a disinfectant and waiting for it to take effect.
