Ok so when I shoot my laser at the wall I see angel halo like rings around the laser dot.

Is that normal?

Yea now I have like this wired lines coming out the sides, I think I got some dust on it because the case I keep it in this a bit dusty. How can I clean it by myself using small inexpensive cleaning kits I can buy from average shops around town. I got myself a CO2 can but seems it does nothing.

IS it a DIY laser? If so it could be that a tiny bit of the light output is reflecting off of the inside of the Aixiz casing and coming out of the lens.

NVM the CO2 can was so powerfull it would get the dust off but prevent it for coming out the laser assembly. Dimed down the power a bit and all the dust and 1 strand of hair got out. Anyway if people can share the ways they clean their lasers that would still be nice. ;)

Use those cotton rods you clean your ear with (don't know what they're called in english)

In combination with a dust blower bulb it works almost perfectly and does not scratch plastic lenses (in my experience)

Avoid "rubbing" anything against the lens. A significant portion of "dust" is quartz. Quartz dust is small fractured crystal parts that are significantly harder than glass. Rubbing dust against and into the glass WILL scratch it. Lens coatings and plastic doesn't even have a chance. Something that "vacuums" the dust away with soft bristle to dislodge dust particles is best. Without the vacuum action, use the softest bristles you can find. In a word - - - - lenspen LOL!

Peace,
dave
