Is my laser broken?

Hello,
When I turn on my laser it just emits a tiny red dot which can be seen only in darkness.
My diode or driver maybe both damage or burn?

If its a green laser, don't look at it. It is most likely ir light. Even though you don't see much, it can be outputting a lot of ir and can damage your eye.

Did u pot mod it?? are you the person that posted the "pod mod" help post? well if you are YOU FRIED THE PUMP DIODE.
