I have a free QR 3D bar code reader on my iPhone and scanned it for kicks. It came up with this...

Mostly I thought it was interesting to see that my phone was able to give me some info from the QR code inside the sled.

I'll see if either of these is useful. I'm hoping for at least an LPC-815 maybe?

One of the those diodes is 405nm and the other is IR?

Looks like they are both closed can. LPC 815's are open can.

DVD drives don't have 405nm diodes. A red and an IR diode.

Yeah, this is circa 2006, but it is a 16x burner.
