How can you track the shipment with a different carrier, and Then it arrives DHL @ your home?
How about you'll give everyone a choice what they want to do, then you post they are being combined in your diode purchase coming on weds and will go out thurs/fri They all have been tested and you sent out emails to those effected
asking them their choice? Nearly a week lately you drop the bomb, your not sending them out. In fact you sent me email and assured me thurs/fri and then won't reply back to me. Obviously you didn't send them out, or they would have been here TODAY. Now after YOU force me to take this public, you tear apart your package for China and are sending me the two units now I suppose? I surely hope you don't attempt to send me 2 units from the 1st shipment that even you stated you don't trust. However the date code will prove that issue, if that happens; well you won't like my next move I can assure you. I'm not trying to be hostile here, you choice to ignore me in emails and this has been dragged on way too long, so you FORCED me to go public. I like when you said the factory is now scared of you? and they are really going to take care of this, ya from TX to China I'm sure they are really worried. You want the pots cranked out to Max that's what they'll give ya LOL.
As far as doing another group buy with you, you needn't warn me not to attempt one with you, Rather I will never give you another 2 month loan again, you can count on that.
I'm trying to respond to you and keep the tone down on a public forum, you've made a ton of money on this deal,
and you sir created most of this drama. A group buy should be to pitch together to save everyone money not to line your pockets. You could have solved all the issues in a week or two, however since you had all the profits, you had no motivation to take care of this, and everything time we turned the corner you have another wiz bang story.
If you need more examples I'll be more than happy to pull them out of the posts for you. Oh how much did the factory charge you for the broken ones again was that ?? You held up everyone in the GB so you could profiteer on it, instead of offering something back to those that paid for this whole ordeal, and the 10 from the first deal not broken that you said you didn't trust you are selling on the forums for the full GB price.
Yes of course I'm posting this on CPF too, why wouldn't I? you made such a big deal out of that too, after all that's the place I learned of this whole thing. You know where your not selling pointers, they are only modules; please nobody fell for that. Not that it's a bad thing, but it is the rule over there.
To the other Forum members I apologize, but they are even more issues about this deal than I have posted and SenKat has chosen to ignore my emails. I'm holding back in respect to the other members.

Wow pic r this - I have not sold any of the orignal bunch, other than the busted ones, as stated - I would like to know how the hell you got into my house to see what I was doing ? anyways - have a great life - you have your two, unopened lasers on their way, as I stated - I did not return those, since they were unopened, and untested - why would I return something untested ? that was by YOUR demand - not anything I requested - I gave you the opportunity to get them tested, since I stated I did not like the output powers of the batch I recieved.
Well I am not involved in this group buy , but I have watched it from the start. Picrthis you have what you paid for, 2 lasers on on the way to you, unopened and untested, I hope they turn out to be in spec for you.
Greg has taken it upon his own back to provide a free Quality check on every laser before he is happy to send it out to those who paid good money for them. In essence if they are not good enough for him, then they are not good for you. Now how many legitimate laser seller companies can claim that as a matter of course? I can think of 1 or 2, but thats about it. Yet Greg is doing this in his own time for your benefit.
I have dealt with Greg before and I can say with hand on heart , he is one of the most Honest , genuine and sincere people I have had the pleasure to meet over the internet. He has only ever had your best interests at heart, and has always wanted you to get the best deal he could for you.
Do you want an untested laser in a hurry or do you want a guaranteed 180-200mw laser? It is your choice and you have chosen now in public. To everyone else that is happy to sit patiently for the "real Deal" I have no doubt you will get your "in spec" lasers soon.
Patience is a virtue , and fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

I deleted ONLY the posts from Gazoo and Lazerhigh from this thread that everyone (all three of us) agree can be deleted. Picrthis is just not a nice person to deal with, lesson learned - let''s get this behind us - I appreciate all the support from ALL of you, but if it comes down to name calling, and bad feelings, let me and picrthis be the ones doing it, okay ? I don't want any bad feelings from anyone on here, or miscommunications - you guys are friggin great folks, I love you like family, no joke ! I have withdrawn the group buy from CPF - and will not EVER open up another GB over there, since it attracts folks like picrthis. Picrthis, and the rest of everyone else on here have NO idea what the profit margin on these lasers was - and the whole point of the matter is - if it was so damned easy to make profit on GB's - EVERYONE would do it, or everyone could do it on their own. Anyways, I digress here.....
The group buy is, and always will be an option to everyone here on LPF - I would NEVER violate the trust of everyone on here - there is no way in hell ! Those of you that know me personally, know that to be the truth - anyone is welcome at any time to email me - I will reply, it may ttake me bit to do it, but I damned sure will ! Anyways, this issue between me and Pic-r-this is over as far as I am considered.

Get over it now, if you know what is best for you - stress is a very bad thing, and if you are gonna stress out over $260.00 - you have HUGE issues that me, nor this forum can assist you with. jessh thet all went a little bit over the top, you'd think after the handful of people ( milos, senkat, others ) getting there spymodes/glowtorches etc, and having them go tits up in short time or be out of spec, it was an awesome gesture to middleman everyhting and take on the responsibility to QA everythign ina group buy. Often enough, most group buys are crap buys. You get something really cheap in bulk and hope a few of them make out ok. This is the best you can hope for, since everyone is assured that they got a in spec pointer, and cheap. you can't even ask that from any other laser place out there for less than $500. Laserglow and optotronics are basically the only laser places that offer certicication, and by default every pointer gets a basic test. Wicked, DL, and just about everyone else don't do jack but slap a shipping label on whats on the shelf.

This is why I'm always shy about calling anything I do a group buy anymore. If you look up the list price with the manufacturer, it would appear I'm making a sweet profit off everyone. However, all told, I find I'm happy if I ever break even.
I understand your disappointment if you thought you were buying from a store, but c'mon, you should know what you're getting into when you do a group buy.
Perhaps I'm biased though. As someone who recently lost a few hundred dollars in complications over a laser module group buy (negative profit?), I'm now 'selling' greens and IR pen lasers (I won't dare call it a group buy, and I'm too scared to accept $ in advance on that - which puts me at an even greater risk) in hopes that I can make back some of what I've lost on past group buys. Of course... that ignores the hours and hours I spend both organizing deals, and answering questions from disgruntled and... gruntled... customers alike.
So even if you assume our time is worthless, you still have a damn lot of nerve accusing SenKat of doing this for profit. Perhaps he made a mistake, but I'm much happier to deal with an honest guy who makes human mistakes, than to deal with the world of scammers whose sole goal is to get your $ in their pockets through any route possible.

heartedly for letting us know about LPF, didn't even know that one existed;
just CPF was brought to light. Just need the package to arrive and then the
other 'control' unit your sending to another. As for the power level, not to
worry; even if it is only 100mw that is a factor 20x over the limit, can't
be ruled a fluke; Joyce is great don't you think.
We'll talk for sure on a different turf; it will be crystal clear I can

you know, looking at all this drama one thing crosses my mind... FUD. "Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt" - a common tactic used by some companies, such as Microsoft, to put (unfounded and false) fear uncertainty and doubt into the minds of their competitors customers, and their competitors themselves. now - i'm not gonna presume to know picrthis person's motives, he could just be a random trouble-maker, but let's just say... we all know that there are at least one or two Microsofts of the laser world, in terms of ethics and business practices... so perhaps we should all be taking this with 20 buckets worth of salt. random troublemaking is one thing that fits this pattern, FUD is another.

Before your little "group buy" the DEA didnt even know we existed (they've apparently taken to blocking google in their offices)
You tipped off the DEA as to our whereabouts and our undercover forums. I'm disappointed :-/
