YAY! Congrats on the arrival of these beasts SenKat :D

They are finally here! ;D I thought they would never come!! I am ecstatic! I hope they all test out ok!

calm down people, i am sure greg is working as quick as he can, no need to go posting ever two hours asking. Never been one to let us down before, so sure as soon as he has sorted out everything, he will let us know :)

Patience is a wonderfull thing.

As a mini-update, I am having a few issues :( I am a very strict person when it comes to Quality controll, and I think a lot of you are as well - well, I have had a few of the lasers not testing out at the 200mw mark - now, if they test at or above 180mw, I am marking those as acceptable - unless that is NOT acceptable to you all - I need to know what you all think the cutoff for underpowered units should be - I do NOT want to be selling junky crap, or be known for selling underpowered units to make my quota. What this means in short is this :

MORE EFFING DELAYS. >:(

I am not a happy puppy - BUT the good part of this news is, the vendor has promised to replace any underpowered units with no issues - what I am trying to talk them into since they have no means of measuring these units, is to have them ship me OOODLES of them, in case I have further failures. Also - for hte one individual that requested for me to not open his two lasers - do you STILL want me to send them unopened, or would you be okay with me testing out the two you ordered prior to sending them, as there have been an annoyingly large quantity of underspec units ? PLEASE email or PM me and let me know ASAP. Thanks all again and again for all of your patience - I solemly swear that I am not delaying in shipping for any other reason - other than to ensure your happiness with the lasers.

Greg

Wow Greg, that is certainly outstanding service and a fine example of going well beyond the call of duty. Kudos to you!!

Hi Greg,
I assume you have checked the obvious like battery contacts and swapping batteries? Personally, I think 180mw and above is good. For the price I will not complain about receiving a 180mw laser. But how many have tested less than 180mw?

Ok, I'm in for the last 3 broken ones. $225 sent ::)

Now I have 4 broken ones, 1 new one and my old one.... 6 glowtorches... :-[
