Innolasers still in business?

I purchased some software from Innolasers.
I have emailed for the license key but never hear back.
I even called, but got an answering machine and left a message.
Are they still in business?

Sometimes service can be VERY slow. After enough emails and calls, you'll eventually get what you purchased...

well-- IF you had been here long ago--you would understand.
dont take take this too personal. Of it were somebody else..we would agree.

'He has a family-lots on his plate--recently relocated MANY miles . ' has lots of projects in progress- AND dispite all this... He has MANY who respect and we know him. .

I know that this is not easy to understand-- that takes lots of time.
I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

I understand. I have several jobs as well as two businesses that I own myself. I deal with my grandparents, parents, and younger brother as well as my own family of seven.
How long would you say is fair to wait? A week? A month? A year?
Perhaps a short honest disclaimer on the website would help. If I had not asked here, who would have ever known?

I would PM weekly- try to get help w/o becoming ==too ====aaah
Dont want to say 'pushy or a pest' --ask about a tracking number AFAIK everybody eventually gets what they paid for. He is the only seller that I give so much time to send
my items.
He was not at all like I expected (in person)--

also while doing all those other things like moving cross-country and he was working hard to finish his PHD-- so his really a 'Dr' now.
afaik he does not visit the forums much.
