Thread size is 12mm iirc but i can take my calipers out tonight and remeasure to be sure.
Ahhhh the age old copper vs aluminum debate. Aluminum dissipates heat quickest while copper draws heat away from the module/diode better. its all personal preference IMO. i have aluminum on all my C6 lasers and my 501b. I do have copper heat sinks that i will prob use on my next batch of 445nm lasers im going to sell
