Hi Guys.

Can anybody recommend a method of increasing the rotational resistance of the lens when focusing?

I'm thinking something like a liquid compound that can be applied to the threads to make rotation feel more "gooey"

Yep. Chip's right. A few wraps of teflon (plumbers pipe-thread) tape around the threads of the lens nut will keep the focus tight.

I think that wannaburn had applied an O-ring in one of his builds.
