Hmm, I think I have the same problem. I have a verified paypal account, but because I'm not in the US I can't confirm my address...

I was going to buy some Aixiz modules off you senkat (not right now, but when I need them). Are you able to make a special arrangement for verified LPF users?

Such as Murudai, he has 14 rep and he is a well known, trusted member. Thats just something I thought you could do, since you pretty much know Murudai isnt going to rip you off or anything.

But, after all, it IS what you feel comfortable with, as YOU are the seller. I have respect for any decisions you make.

Well, sorry to say - unless I get this stuff sorted out soon, the only way to pay will be with money orders. GCO handles chargebacks the exact same way Pay-Pal does ..... Whomever files the chargeback, gets their money back - and that's that. I'm not getting screwed any longer when it is my finances on the line. This policy will cover anyone, and everyone - regardless of their standing in the LPF worthless "rep" system. you can thank those members out there that have made the rep system worthless, with their idiotic comments, etc for that. Yeah - a LITTLE bit bitter when this hits me as hard as it has. Thanks to those of you that continue to support me, and my shop - but your loyalty may be misplaced soon...I may have zero choices left in the near future.

SenKat, the problem is international paypal users can't verify their addresses. Only US users can.

That leaves no option to pay for your products.

Effective immediately, any orders that do not have confirmed Pay-Pal addresses will be canceled, and the funds refunded.  Delivery confirmation, and possibly insurance will also become mandatory (details by the end of the day) due to the overwhelming number of dishonest jackasses that are stating they have not received their items.  That's it - if you do not fall into the category of dishonest jackass - then I am sorry to have to impose restrictions upon you - but to cover my finances, I have to do it.  NOBODY who has placed a claim has honored the agreement that had to be agreed to in order to sign up on my site - so the new rules are effective immediately, and will be imposed on those orders that have not currently been shipped as well.  refunds will be offered to those that do not want to pay the extra 25 cents or so, and I do not mind if you choose to exercise that right.  Thanks for your attention, and continued support, and again, sorry I have to do this to those of you that are not dishonest jackasses.  If your account has been canceled on my site, it means that you ARE one of those dishonest jackasses, and I really do not care what you think

The problem with unconfirmed paypal addresses is that pretty much anyone outside of the USA has an unconfirmed paypal address. I'm in NZ and have sent untold thousands via my paypal accout with never a hitch however my address is still unconfirmed and there doesn't seem to be anyway to change this!

Well, like the rest of the outside US crowd, I cannot confirm my address either. I have two separate paypal accounts, each linked and confirmed to a different credit card (one was confirmed just recently), on one of the accounts I have sent more money than I would care to calculate yet I still have an unconfirmed address??

You would think that, after confirming a card, your adress would get confirmed, yet this is not the case. I cannot even lift money from my paypal account onto a bank account (cause I live in slovenia) and would have to drive up to austria create an account there upon which I could withdraw money :

The whole reason I have a paypal account is because I don't have a credit card. Otherwise I'd just use the credit card to pay for everything online and I wouldn't need the paypal account.

Well,most ebay sellers and a lot of other sites don't take credit cards directly,so paypal is really useful for me.
