Ill just add the link here so others can also get it in case they wish to order AW and Efest 18350's.

Thanks for the links! :) Do you know where to buy quality 16340 batteries though? Just like the ones you linked, but 16340's

That type I would go with Nitecore. They are very good arguably the most consistently in spec and also no fakes out there that I've ever heard about.

Have you seen the thread I just made last night with the major brands testing I did? I'll be adding the 16340's tonight. I only have Nitecore and Uktra fire to compare but it will be helpful none the less.

I'll add a link here, I have bought all my batteries and three chargers either here:
Illumn.com - Flashlights, Batteries, Carry Gear, Intelligent LED Lighting, and More!
Or on Amazon. Illumn ships internationally and they do carry Nitecore batteries and chargers and the other major brands, but due to your location I don't know if there is a better place for you to buy from.

Having bought several of the *Fire branded chargers over the years and not really trusting them (though to be honest I never had an issue with them until one up and died) I decided to spend the money and get a good one. I bought this one from Amazon. It was 40 bucks then and currently sells sor $32.. Well worth it IMO since it'll charge everything I own except for my NiMH D cells (RCR2s need a spacer).

Amazon.com: Nitecore D4 smart Charger with LCD display For Li-ion, IMR, LiFePO4 26650 22650 18650 17670 18490 17500 18350 16340 RCR123 14500 10440 Ni-MH And Ni-Cd AA AAA AAAA C Rechargeable Batteries with 2 x EdisonBright AA to D type battery spacer/

"One thing I wanted to ask you... what batteries (16340) would you recommend?"

I like the Keepower 16340 700 mah cells.

Get that meter, also.
