ILDA Test Pattern Downloads?

Where can I go to download all the different *.ILD test patterns and also some sample laser shows? I have searched everywhere for the ILDA test patterns and I could only find one that has the patten (very small) within a large box.

I am also very interested in a forum of some type that has lots of demo shows I could download. I plan on using Spaghetti and LFI Player when I get my scanner running. Many thanks...

If I recall correctly, there is an entire map in there dedicated to test pattern frames. The one with a small ilda pattern inside a large box is the ILDA 30kpps pattern.

There is also a lot of shows for spaghetti there (including one of mine :D ).

Thank you! I found the Spaghetti user forum is at Hinged Newt Forum Categories

You have to be careful as there are 12K, 30K and DUAL ILDA test patterns.

You want the ILDA pattern to be at 8 degrees wide projection to comply with the standard at 30K. The box around the one pattern does not influence the results, much, as the inner pattern is still ran at 8' for 30K.

What software can I use to reproduce "ild" files to my USB sound card?
I'm looking for free software...

I have Cmedia Cm106 sound card and I cannot make it work with LFI Player.
There are four exe files, which should I choose for my CM106 sound card?

What setting should I change to get any signal from soundcard?

I know you want to run the "EzAudDAC" one, the creator of Spaghetti wrote me the following email:

"Paul, I am attaching the EzAud driver. You can try to get it to work with the freeware LFI Player app. I am sure you can google and find it. As far as configuration goes, there is a FAQ on laserpointerforums.com under the Laser Show section that might help. Also, check with whoever you got the sound card correction amp from. They should be able to provide more help than me."

Please PM me your email address and I will send the 2 files he sent me. I don't have my DAC built yet so I am sorry I cannot help you much...

It worked good when I was listening sound with headphones.

Now I have sound card connected to opamp, opamp to analog driver, analog driver to laser.
When I play any ild file I can hear sound changing and I can change volume by moving "intensity" slider in LFI player.
But I cannot notice any changes in laser brightness.

And I'm sure that opamp and analog driver work fine because I tested it with max.wav.
I can easily change laser brightness by changing volume of max.wav file.
Why it doesn't work with LFI player?

Here is a quick test of galvos and red laser, used LFI player to reproduce ILD file.

Looks like LFI player don't send signal to turn of laser.
As I said before, I can hear sound from this channel but can't notice any changes in brightness.

LFI player with EZ AUD DAC has worked just fine for me with RGB a month ago.

You may need to change the priority and channel of your sound card, and turn the signal processing off in the C Media software.

There is a startup log file for EZ AUD DAC, I suggest you see what it is saying.

go over to photonlexicon.com and ask for help there. or Laserboy forums.
I've switched to a RIYA and am not using sound card dacs right now, so others are more up to date on the c-media driver settings.

I don't see anything wrong with LFI player settings.
Config file is just fine, and I hear sound...

Can you tell me in details what should I do in cmedia software?

OK, I'll try to ask on photonlexicon...
