Hello Everybody,

I received my IgorT lasers today, (batch#1 US). I'm waiting for my power meter to be delivered; so this review will contain just my personal impressions. First of all, these lasers are sexy, they're sleek, they're just plain beautiful. If you've never held a Romisen host; I think that you will be surprised at how it feels solid, streamlined and petite all at the same time. It feels like quality. We all know that Igor's engineering is top notch. These lasers reflect that. They reek of attention to detail. If you look up into the laser head, you will see the end of the self contained module. No wires, no glue, no solder. There is not a single scratch or ding in either build (not that I expected anything else); but there was not even a fingerprint on either laser. Igor takes attention to detail to a whole new level. Also, these hosts screw together unlike any other host that you ever purchased that was manufactured in China. They feel more like they were precision threaded in Germany. The beams are beautiful. It's tough to get good red pics; but I've attached a pic of the 6X blu beam. This picture can't begin to describe how beautiful the beam actually is. The beam is way cooler looking than a PHR 803T. The beam also appears to be a touch darker than my PHR build. So, if you were trying to decide whether to buy one of Igor's lasers, just place the order. They are incredibly engineered works of art that will blow your mind. Bill

those are nice looking... my 6x beam looks just like that [smiley=thumbsup.gif] have fun

O.K. WRM, I will lend you a beam pic.  We had a lot of fog that night. The two lasers at the violet end and the red one were built by Igor!  140 mW Viloet x2 and A  Red 295 mW  My own 6X will come before long as well!  I think the Romisens are the best!

Please let me know a little about how you took that great pic, settings, etc. (That was my first attempt at laser photography if you couldn't tell). I expect to get better quickly. Thanks, Bill

The angle is important. Just take your photos not more than 45 degrees.
And set your camera to no flash mode. thats all :)
Here is a photo with no fog :)
