Send the whole set up to Mrcrouse and describe what you need. Shouldn't be a problem at all. He can thread everything too so minimal paste would be needed.
 





These dont currently exist. No one does this as far as I know. Do what tmack suggested and contact mrcrouse.
 
I think they do exist. skip to about 30 seconds into this. the one in his hand looks far too big for mine, but if they exist they can be cut
