It’s been a day since my item was delivered, no E-Mail from them.
Waiting a day more. This E -Mail was also ignored:

“Dear Adam,
When you receive laser back, resend me unit with good beam specs, with average power 50mw as it’s stated. This will save us time and money.
Choose me the good one. Please. Test laser before shipment, I want good unit that is worth my money.

Robert.”

He just ignored this, but why? Looks like a scam.

That's not right that you had to pay the shipping back. If you get a defective item on eBay, the seller has to reimburse you for shipping it back. I know that $20.00 doesn't seem like much when compared to $450.00, but it is still a lot of money and I would pursue trying to get it back if I were you. At this point, what have you got to lose?

Only 20$ on return shipping. It’s ok. No more headache.

Takes up to 5 days for money to clear into your bank when you transfer it from PayPal.
