I just can't get anythng better than 2.2mrad

Can you shift the pump diode easily? If there's a damaged part somewhere in the resonator, coating or crystal, the beam will sort of step around it by going multimode. Moving the pump diode shifts the place where the crystals are used to an undamaged part, alowing a nicer unobstructed beam and thus a normal mode. Might just be the problem.
