I have done it, I have the power!

Absolutely the BEST video I've seen for 445nm; Hey Wicked I bet this "model" DOES burn the flesh off your skin :)

Who could have ever imagined a few months ago that this would be possible to achieve with a consumer projector beamer,... ;) Thanks for sharing your incredible videos !

Pontiacg5 you should find out how to colimate these focused beams into an single beam
maybe you could do it as follows: Photonlexicon (hope ypu have an PL account)

That's a whole bunch of knife edge mirrors to combine all of those, but the most interesting part is that 2nd lens at the bottom there.

My beams are nowhere near that concentrated when they hit the first lens though like in that picture....

I need to buy my own projector to play around with, I never have enough time to really play with it since I have to get the people their diodes!

Pontiac, could you please elaborate a little bit more about how you got that projector to lase in such a way? Did you disassemble it and that's it?

I was watching another one of your videos, most specifically this one (YouTube - Casio Laser projector burns some stuff). Nice going at 3:37... So how's that fat permanent blind spot working out for you? I mean if you did what it looked like you did, you definitely lost some eyesight with that major screw up. Not to mention while trying to burn a reflective soda can. I mean come on... seriously? 24+ watts of laser shining on a reflective surface not 12 inches away from your face and you glace at the spot with your naked eye?

Also I kinda hope you told those buying these diodes that you were running them at such a high current and for such a lengthy period of time with this getup of yours. I mean I would hate to buy one of your diodes only to find out they only have about a hour of life left in them.

For real? Are you serious? You must just be stupid...

These are being direct driven off of the casio projector. I did nothing to them that the projector doesn't do under normal operating circumstances.

Oh, the blind sopt is looking rather well, in fact I can't even tell that its there because its not. If you actually know what to look for you can see that I use the back curve of the can, all of the reflections are directed at the wall, you can even see them there if you watch close enough.

You are obviously an idiot who thinks he knows something. I, however, have been doing stuff like this for 5 years. I know what I'm doing, how to control reflections, what to watch for, etc. Before you come in my thread trying to lecture me you'd best know what the hell you are talking about.

I believe a - rep is in order here.

Hey Pontiac g5 you obviously have the know how ! why not through a number of prisms align them all into one beam and make us all green ( Blue) with jealousy !!! With a beam expander how far do you think that would reach ???
