I'm not sure why he was banned, unless I missed a post that was deleted where he was like "I'm not taking it down." Surely c0ldcould just have editied his post?

He posted a picture with a member's full address + name, etc.
 
He only quoted the original post though, and maybe wasn't there to remove it when the original post was edited.
 
He posted the adderss with full knowledge of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He reposted it specifically to re-display the address. He even taunted Arenared about it in the post.

Correction IS Tech_Junkie.

To be completely honest I didnt even think the quote was a problem. I've seen a least 4 other members posting one another addresses with no problems. I went to bed after I posted that. In case you guys didnt notice the little ball under my avatar was grey (offline). I don't usual go back online till around 11PM. So I had no way to know there was a problem till I was banned. And obviously I cant do anything while I'm banned.

And yes I taunted Arenared. He has -rep tons of people for nothing. He is even more rude than me, and that says a lot. So was I turning the knife, hell ya. So? I'm not the one who posted his address, Matrix was. Other than that believe what you want.

Also there is no excuse for leaving it up there, in your case ignorance is no excuse for posting it in the first place. Like I said even I wouldn't do that.

Actually third coming.

No begging just simple facts. For one Avery was told I was the one who originaly posted the info. Hmm who could that be? I can count 5 people that posted personal info with negative intent and didn't get banned. We all remember Chris's fiasco were his address was posted along with Bens, and Tyler's. No bans there. They also exposed Chris's eBay info and personal police info. Still no ban. I didn't post it originally, I only quoted Matrix. So those people can do all that and not get banned, but I quote someone and get banned? Not really fair is it? And no I didn't lie. I never need to because I'm a man not a child. Unlike yourself its not my style. Why dont you leave Avery alone and act like a man. Stop crying.

like i said your ignorance after the fact isnt an excuse. you quoted someone , but it remained after the original was removed. thats your fault.this incident should not be mixed with others that happened in the past.

Yeah sure... this incident is way worst than posting personal eBay account info, and police records. If you want to point fingers point them at Matrix. He is the one who posted your info. BTW Matrix we have no problems. So have no worries.

Did it ever occur to you if you were actually nice to people you wouldn't sweat your address being posted? I guess its you who truly has asshole's remorse. Just drop it, its over. Move on, life is short. I'm done replying.
