Good lookup Phenol, it's a varistor (component Z1)and it blew because it's switches on when voltage gets too high. It's probably shorted out now. I'd just clip it and take one out of a old Tv or Stereo .... as replacement.
It goes across red and black wires so that DC I think.
Circuit should work fine without it.
But a diode or electrolitic cap could have shorted so make sure the the power plug read mor than 10 ohms or so.
Didn't know they make 220 plugs like USA 110.

 )Pic 2 is the driver board(same pic as posted before) Pic 3 is the control circuit(controls DMX, steppers, light blanking, gobo's, basically everything but the bulb) the last pic is the gobo/colour wheel. That is basically a wheel with little patterns engraved in it, with coloured glass over them to colour the light, hooked to a very precise motor. the new 500W converter will be here very soon, then i can post some pics of what it does if you'd like
