Considering your age, I wouldn't be comfortable doing this for you. Not a slam against you, just concern on my part. Also ,it opens me up to all sorts of legal problems.
Exactly right.
No responsible adult is going to build or sell anything laser to a 13 year old child which is what he claims to be in post #13 here and #24 thread: https://laserpointerforums.com/threads/laser-303-disassembly.105150/page-2#post-1568048

Excellent point. Every member has to be able to attest and agree to the LPF Terms of Use, for real world reasons.
"Age of majority" in the USA is 18 years old.
If he is 13 years old as he claims in post #15 of this thread and post #24 in this thread: https://laserpointerforums.com/threads/laser-303-disassembly.105150/page-2, he is violating the LPF Terms of Use And shouldn't be a using LPF Website in any manner as specifically stated in the TOU under "3. Eligibility" that you posted above.

Probably cost of parts + work. Pretty much common sense. But I smell multiaccount, anyone else?

Still smells like that a bit for any one of several reasons.
