How to connected two laser into one host ?

What wavelength? I'm assuming 445nm. If so then why bother combining two 1.5W's? You would expect to see about 2.6-2.8W depending on losses. But instead you could use a single 3.5W+ NDB7A75 diode.
Also when combining it is important to note that you will have a '+' shaped beam, and reduced beam quality unless a waveplate is used.

1.5W Nichia 405nm x2 ,yep maybe it's good take a single diode like 6w+ with max peak 7.4W !
PS there are no 1.5W Nichia 405nm diodes as others mentioned.

Even if there were---405nm is not a good choice if you want visual brightness---is OK if all you want is output/Watts power.

405nm is only 10% as bright visually as 445nm is .
 





Does combining beams of same model diodes require a wavelength difference? Not sure where I got that from. Something about polarization maybe. Someone help.

Only if you want to superimpose the beams of more than two diodes, although there are ways around that too (fiber coupling for example).

A wavelength difference allows you to use dichroic mirrors or other methods (wavelength multiplexing for example) to combine multiple beams into one superimposed beam. See for example the guy (sorry, I can't remember your name) that combined two 445s with a PBS and two 462s with a PBS then combined the 445 and 462 beams using a custom and rather expensive combine blue dichro. Most dichros you'll find don't have such a sharp wavelength cutoff, especially not at 45° AoI like these ones do.

There's loads of ways to combine beams, depends on what end result you're going for. There are always some limitations to what can be achieved though.

In fact, let me lose these "combinations" better single module and just enough!
If I just want maximum power buy a full 6W + module!
 
Yeah unless you want better divergence than cylindrical correction 2 405,s would be a sight to see! And not too difficult to do.
