The best rule of thumb is to use the largest heat sink that will fit in the host, there is no such thing as wasting of heat sinks just because they may be too large.
Make all your clearances as tight as possible so the heat can transfer from one piece to the other, like from the Aixiz module to the heat sink it's self, and then from the heat sink to the host.
Since your drive current is so low you can use a Micro-Boost drive, they are a bit easier to set.
