I am looking for a cheap power supply. For powering lab lasers, charging batteries ( I have several 6V 4Ah NiCD cells without charger ), computerfan, etc.
On Ebay there are several unit for sale. How good are these psu ?
Are they accurate and durable or just garbage ?

Thank you all. Good to know people think positive about it.

I have been wanting to get a power supply but being fairly new to electronics i was not sure what i was looking for. I think now i i have alot better idea of what im going to be looking for.

I have actually been contemplating buying this one. I have had good luck with their 3A version but now that I am doing a lot of these dual driver setup's I need the ability to give over 3A to run the drivers off the supply.
