How do you adjust this drivers current.

How many drivers should I simulate with the 3A Test Load. My laser diode is the Osram PLP450 450nm Laser Diode.

I think you mean diodes on the test load but since that is a higher voltage laser diode I would think 5 or 6.

Oh then after the current is adjusted I will disconnect the test load and hook up the diode. Then rap it up in electrical tape and then tape the rapped electronic to the side.

Sounds good. As a precaution, always short the two output leads of the driver together for a moment before attaching to the laser diode, to dissipate any remaining energy in the circuit.
