How do I slow down a video for UTube?

I made a 5 sec time lapse video but it would look better if I could slow it down some. I have Roxie but not familar with it just yet.:thanks:

Most video editors allow to adjust the length of the clip, either by % or seconds.

If you're using a windows machine, this is probably the simplest
to learn and use..

Not sure with vista, but is comes with all versions of XP home or pro.

Look for windows 'movie maker' in the start menu under all programs/accessories

I use Virtualdub and change the framerate of the image sequence. Not sure how it is done in other programs.
