So I have two types of batteries, both are the same, well, mainly. But can I make my laser work with the big battery or, no?

That is a Thor M2. It takes two 16340 batteries. Nothing else.

IF you insert batteries the wrong way you could destroy the laser and/or driver.

Batteries go in - side towards the laser emitter and + side (button top) towards the tailcap button.
