Nick,

No, it's me taking off the paint down to the Aluminum, because I like the Stainless Steel look.

It took about 3 hours to take it all off with a Dremel and to Polish it.

Aluminum is messy to Polish or clean as it turns a nasty black, but when it starts to Polish up, it looks nice.

I have added a few more pics in this post so that you can see how your stickers kick off the look and to show you the Green GITD Button that I added on the bottom clicky.

Also, I painted two Blue strips on the bottom of the Laser cause I like the look and to identify it being a Blue Laser.

I ordered a BLUE GITD Button from Jeff (FlaminPyro :thanks: ), so yes between DTR building it and me detailing it more, and getting parts for it from FlaminPyro and JayRob and your Excellent Laser Warning Labels, it's totally custom. lol :wave: Thanks everybody!!

Also, the C6 is noted for poor Heatsinking, so taking off the paint on the inside and outside now makes the whole upper part of the Host a Heatsink, and therefore longer run times.

Thanks again for your stickers as they are the BEST I've seen yet!

Is it possible to get a couple of stickers made with the laser info on the right of the danger sign?

A couple of my hosts won't fit the standard warning labels.

Your more than welcome to use it I am trying to get a hold of a LPM here in southern UT so I can get some more stickers with the right rating.
I just built a M140 in a Moh "Just add diode kit" and its WAY brighter than my WL Arctic by far!


I took these quick so they aren't as good but you get the idea
