For a bright light to get the FULL rainbow, I would go with a Seoul P7. I don't see a need for a reflector, as the rainbow would be brighter in some spots and would limit it.

If you don't like that, you could use a Cree XR-E Q5 or R2, or just use a Zebralight (On the more expensive side, but a high quality bright flood light).
