Help selecting laser pointer

hey boy.... i must say that skylaser is the only one seller that have a FOFUSABLE handheld laser. i don't understand why other seller do not sell focusable laser at high power!!..

i think:....who want a biurgning laser >300mw... surely... want BURN. yes!?. so.. why not buy a powerful laser that can focus the beam? i thik that skylaser laser could burn match and other things at an higher distance than....of an rpl... or a lasergolow laser.. for me is a big pro to have a focus point at distance .... isn't the same thing for you????

Once again, from experience I will say STAY AWAY FROM FOCUSABLE GREENS FOR BURNING! The design of the focusable greens allows the beam to be focused "out" to a nice big dot (like a flashlight or torch, if you will) but it does NOT allow the beam to be focused "in" for burning.

Do a search on "focusable green" - this has been stated in many, many posts. the worst part is the focusing optics generally rob the laser of quite a bit of useful power, there are actual posts here (again, search, search, search) where greens at 180-200mW MEASURED output power can't even light a match no matter how they're focused.

Sorry about the rant - having a bad day

ok for one thing these are gauranteed -did i spell that correctly-lol
to put out an average of say like mine 375 mw well mine does over 400 and for a while 500+ mw it has no duty cycle so it can be ran pretty much constant
the olike is not as good quality sorry suzie lol ok so my RPL with a 2.5 n-lite diode
puts out 565 peak is it a rpl 550 -no it averages 400ish for several minutes so jack labels it a rpl 375--ok the olike may hit 600 for a few seconds so its called a 600
i dont think so i'm not here to put down o-like im just saying optotronics has up to a 1.5 year warranty for a reason THEY ROCK also Jack has the best Customer service on this planet and yea he's in Colorado USA - and usually gets your laser to you in two to three days

whew!!!! john. i think you just made the world longest sentance?!?!?!?
