not exactly cheap, but usually working (also if is better not buy from sellers that state "sold as is cause i cannot test it", or similar

Where could I find a power supply like that? Checked ebay but they didn't seem to have anything.

He used to stock the little "copper" bricks (5V or 12V) that can be used to power this. I don't have any on hand.

The vast majority of the info already provided herein about this laser is correct.

The third auction down is from a seller that is a few miles away from me. That way I can look at it before I buy it.

If you have some patience, you can get one for significantly less than that. A "copper" brick from Chris would probably run you ~$25

If you are willing to spend $75 for that 12V brick, I can sell you a "lab style" PSU for it, for $50. That would be mains power, with alden plug, and a switch for $25 less

In that case I'll try the "copper" brick. If that doesn't work I will buy yours.
