Help me help someone

A member clicked on top 15 Stats where you have options including turn off stats where he accidentally hit turn off stats and cant get it back. How do you get it to show again? I can't figure it out and I'm not turning mine off to mess mine up too.
It's under all those green links.

Top bar, quick links, bottom option. Shows up only if you have it disabled.

Show no fear to turn it off lol
