I have to agree with Trevor and ARG. Your gopro would be way better for any video ideas you have. It has a much larger field of view and a much higher resolution, frame rate, capacity, you name it. Strap it to your head if you want the FPPOV shots.
The good news is that if it is your ideas that you are excited about and not just getting google glass you can already do the 80% you mentioned with your gopro!
