Well. You can light matches and pop balloons with a 50mW laser (if it's focused), and you will need >100mW (focused) to burn wood.From how many "mw" one can begin to burn things (yes I am a pyromaniac XD)?

No. The 150mW flashlight/laser above is not focusable, so it will be difficult to burn objects with it than a focusable one like this or this.Edit2: and with the model that you offer me is I can also adjust the focus to eg increase the range of the laser light or to burn / cut objects
