But when I get it I'm going to add GPS to it where when it looses signal it will come back to where it landed :)
 





Ok, the end cap is 100% NOT the problem.. I decided to try and touch it to the back of my c2 and it lase's with no problems at all.. But it does not work in reverse.

He used the tail cap on another laser and it worked, so the tail cap is not the problem. Has the connection from the driver to the pill broken?
 
I'm wondering the same thing I'm wondering if the connection from the driver to the pill has broken and needs to be re-soldered
 
Tony, try bridging the outer metal ring on the driver with the brass pill like this

What you mean the threads of the pill to outer layer of the driver outside of the green, the copper part

I thought about strapping a low powered or high-powered laser to it with nobody around and my glasses on of course with fog in the sky in-flight it would be pretty cool
 
That would be very cool! One time there was fog patches here so you would shine your laser into the horizon and see a thick bright beam and then a thin dim beam and then a bright one again. :D fat0panda, i told you that it was a pen host. That is someone else's build, i just used their image here to show what i was saying.
