I've never had a problem with o-like.
Rayfoss lasers are occasionally under-spec though. Some of them output most of their power as infrared.
 
I like these types personally. I got one from Deal Extreme (50mW) and it puts out just about 50mW on my meter. It's also focusable, has a key interlock, an aperture shutter on the front, an "on/off" status light, and has a huge metal head on it as a heatsink. It also feels high quality.

Uranium - where did you get the idea that "most" (>50%) of the power output from Rayfoss lasers is IR?

No measuring, but it was only as bright as 20mw green, and at night with an ir-pass filter on it, a faint red dot could be seen on a wall 5 feet away. It was supposed to be a 100mw green.

Well, to understand why an IR filter is necessary, you have to first understand how a green laser is constructed.
As the diagram here indicates:

Since there are no commercially available Green Laser diodes available at high-powers yet. An infrared Laser diode is used to create Infrared Laser Light which is passed through 2 crystals to convert it to Green light. during this process not all of the Infrared laser light is converted to green and so without an IR filer on your laser, the power measurement is a measurement of the combined Green and IR light.
If an IR filter is used, most of the IR light is blocked, so the power measured is only for the Green laser light.
