Compiling all the information into a single PDF is an interesting idea, but all the information you'll find here will make for one hell of a PDF, probably much bigger than anyone could be bothered making in their spare time.
Also the outdated information problem is relevant.
As for LPF, donating is appreciated, but just keeping on topic and keeping the place happy is enough to give back
