I also am a long time laser enthusiast and have built and burned for years.
I couldn't help but notice in your pic your amber safety glasses, are they ebay or T-Rex?
The reason I ask is I recently bought some better glasses at the recommendation of members here and all I can say is wow, they give me much better visibility and better protection too. I had been doubling up my cheaper glasses. :banghead:
I'm not affiliated with the sell what so ever I just love these glasses so I thought I would share the link when I saw yours.
These are really good for use with the high power blue lasers where as some of the ebay glasses let some blue light through, you should not be able to see any blue when wearing your safety glasses while using blue lasers, if you can see blue they are not doing the job.
