It's the "Wow! Impossible!" Effect of the story that draws people into reading it.
Sometimes authors go too far. It really is impossible, if you ask me.

Story just to get more clicks , visits, advertisement money.

It's possible in a young girl who begins puberty early. Most begin at around 11 years and are typically not capable of becoming pregnant until 12-13 years. But, if she started around 8-9 years, it's quite possible she could be pregnant at 10 years. However, the idea that a 10 year old girl would have the knowledge and opportunity to have sex is disturbing.
